ADMISSION PROCEDURE & GUIDELINES
Admission is as per merit and other norms as laid down by the University, the Government and the Management from time to time. The Principal reserves the right to amend/modify the guideline regarding admission, as and when sub amendments/modifications are received from the Government, the University or the Management, as the case may be. All kinds rules and regulations are accordingly notified on the college notice board at the time of admission. Parents/students are requested to go through the guidelines and admission notices put up on the college notice board, before seeking admission in the college.
Admission to Degree Courses
1.The on-line merit based admission process has been adopted.
2.Students completed Level 4 in National Education Policy 2020/ 10+2 Examination
passed or its equivalent are eligible for admission to First Year Nation Education Policy
2020.
3.Students seeking admission for the first year have to apply for the University eligibility
certificate and have to pay the necessary fees.
4.Students from any other college affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University, seeking
admission in this college will produce Transference Certificate(TC). They have to produce
the TC at the time of admission.
5.Students coming from any other universities will have to pay Rs. 100/- for their eligibility
certificate along with an application form (Rs.200/- for students outside Maharashtra).
They have to produce the following documents (two copies each)
a) Migration Certificate
b) Passing Certificate
c) Transference Certificate
d) Attendance Certificate
e) Statement of Marks
f) Character Certificate.
6.Students will be given the provisional admission. The admission will be confirmed on
the receipt of Eligibility certificate from the Savitribai Phule Pune University .
7.Every student seeking admission to the first year will have to undergo Medical Check
up by the university authorized medical officer. His / Her application form for eligibility
certificate will be sent to the university only after the medical certificate is produced.
8.The college shall reserve not less than 3% seats for differently abled students.
9.No student will be allowed to change the subjects which offered at the time of admission,
thereafter during the year.
Admission Procedure
1.Students seeking admission in the college will have to submit duly filled admission forms
along with fees, on the specified date. The following documents must be produced
along with the application forms.
a) Statement of marks – Two attested true copy.
b) School leaving certificate – original + two attested true copies.
c) if applying for any scholarships/concession of fees, respective duely filled forms,
caste certificate / Income certificate issued by the tahsil.
d) Aadhar card is mandatory to all students.

Students after taking admission must immediately procure the Identity card with the
signature either of the Principal or the Vice-Principal of the college.
It is obligatory for the students to carry the Identity card & admission receipt with
them.
The academic year is of two terms. There is a compulsory term end examination in
Oct./Nov.
The Post Graduate (PG) classes will start on 1st August .
Students have to pay the full amount of fees along with the application forms at the
time of admission.
The Medical check-up is compulsory to all the first year students for obtaining the
University Eligibility Certificate.
Cancellation of admission and Rules for Refund of fees.

Cancellation of admission before the commencement of the course – It is resolved that
the courses which come under the jursidiction of DTE, scheme of refund of fees should
be as follows. :
Cancellation charges and Refund of Tuition, Development and other fees for the
admissions secured through CAP : The candidate who has been provisionally admitted
through CAP may cancel admission by submitting an application in duplicate, and may
request for refund of fees.
The cancellation charges and refund of fees as applicable shall be made in due course
by the respective institute. It is made clear that such application for cancellation will be
considered if and only if the admission is taken provisionally through CAP by paying the
prescribed tution fee in full and by submitting original documents as mentioned in these
rules.
