INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE CELL
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) has been established as a post-accreditation mechanism to sustain and enhance quality in higher education institutions. Its purpose is to support performance evaluation, assessment, accreditation, and continuous quality improvement. As per the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), every accredited higher education institution is required to set up an IQAC as a measure to maintain and strengthen quality after accreditation.
The central role of the IQAC is to promote quality enhancement and ensure its sustainability. It focuses on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the systems, processes, and practices adopted to deliver quality education. The IQAC also evaluates the extent to which institutional objectives are achieved. Since quality improvement is an ongoing process, the IQAC becomes an integral part of the institutional framework and actively works towards achieving sustained quality enhancement.
Objective
The main objective of the IQAC is to establish a well-defined system that promotes deliberate, continuous, and catalytic initiatives aimed at enhancing the academic and administrative performance of the institution.
Strategies

Timely, effective, and progressive execution of academic, administrative, and financial activities
