As a co-ordinator I am really happy to share this annual report of Career Katta, I really think, this program is true platform for students and College career orienting activities. Career Katta program provided us lots of opportunity to do best for students. It Is one of the students centric program. I am very glad to be a part of Career Katta disciplined and dedicated family.
The Career Katta Flex was officially inaugurated by the esteemed principal on the 29thof June, 2024. This initiative represents a significant step in providing career guidance, skill development resources, and opportunities for students.
To enhance the program’s reach, the college has established a Career Sansad comprising 10 students. This student body actively collaborates with the college committee to promote the objectives of Career Katta through events and peer engagement. Additionally, awareness campaigns conducted during the admission process and classroom sessions ensures that first-year students are well-informed about the program.
Adding to the college’s achievements, a team of students participated in a documentary-making competition on two different subjects and secured the first prize in the Nashik division, showcasing their creativity and dedication.
On 6th September 2024, the college had the honor of hosting Hon. Yashavant Shitole Sir, who visited the campus and interacted with the students. His visit provided an inspiring opportunity for students to gain insights and motivation for their academic and career pursuits.Additionally, Principal P.V. Rasal and Prof. Khurche Sir also visited the college earlier, engaging with students and offering guidance to further bolster their development and confidence
In this academic year 119 FY students are enrolled in CK . Enrollments like this indicate a strong interest in the program and could be an opportunity for further growth and development in their educational offerings credit course our stdents mostly interested in Current affaires. As a coordinator, our effort to pay the fees for 5 students shows a lot of dedication and care for their education. Additionally, the college’s support through the Poor Boys Fundhelps 2500 Rs financial help to studentsfor CK registration.
Financial literacy is a crucial life skill that empowers individuals to make informed and effective decisions regarding their financial resources. Recognizing its importance, our institute organized two sessions on financial literacy on offline mode, exclusively for students and staff, on 18th July 2024 and 17th December 2024. Both sessions were conducted by WX Consultants, with the expert guidance of their renowned speaker, Mr. Prassana Panagam.
Our students and teachers had the opportunity to attend the Career Sansad event in Baramati on January 12-13, 2025. Career Sansad is an excellent platform for students to explore various career options, listen to expert lectures, and gain valuable insights from professionals in diverse fields.Attending such events can greatly influence students’ perspectives on career paths, help them make informed decisions, and inspire them to pursue their interests with confidence.Our students expression was very beautiful related to this program. Theexpenses related to the Baramati event is done by career katta fees share (Wages) of coordinator and Principal, it’s a good way to make sure that the students and teachers could attend and gain valuable experience.
Our college has a dedicated‘Career Katta notice board’ for displaying daily vacancy news. This can be a great resource for students to stay updated on job opportunities, internships, and career prospects.
In the last two years, a significant number of students at our institute have utilized a popular Career Katta YouTube Channel current affairs (Chalu Ghadamodi)program as a primary resource for exam preparation. This program has contributed immensely to their success in competitive exams, particularly in qualifying for police and army recruitment. Our placed students were guided by Prncipal Dr.S.A.Khairnar, Vice Principal Dr.S.V.Gosavi Prof. Shashikant Mogal (Morning Incharge)and Prof. Sunil Dhondange (Physical director).Our Sport department provided Police training to students.
Last year’s achievement of our college, we securing six rank in Career Katta College Competition, is impressive, and it’s encouraging to aim for even better results this year. With focused preparation and support, the goal of achieving the best rank seems well within reach.
