· Installed total 19 permanent sparrow nests by recycling wooden microscope boxes
· Students are encourage to prepare bird nests, waterer and feeder from the available recyclable waste and are installed in college campus · Lectures arranged each year on topic Sparrow Conservation on World Sparrow Day (20 March) |
· All the nest installed in the college campus are occupied by sparrow for their nesting & breeding
· The increase in sparrow population is evident in the campus from chirping soothing sound · Gain in students interest about local birds and their economic importance |
